Mortgage Process Breakdown
Step 1:
Quick free consultation and pre-approval - to understand your personal goals and situation to help find the best solution to fit your needs.

- No documents will be requested yet

-Client Consent Form may be sent for esigning.
Step 2:
Rate hold - Want to save a current low rate while you look for a house, we will set up a rate hold for 90-120 days while you search.

-Some documents will be requested
-Credit will have to be pulled.
Step 3:
Approval - Found a house and have a contract of purchase and sale. We will request documents required by lenders then your personalized application will be sent to a lender for review.
- Additional documents may be required based on lenders review.
- The lender's commitment will be sent to you for review, then for signature.
Step 4:
Funding your mortgage -
at this stage the lender will send your mortgage documents to a lawyer to finalize the process and an appointment will be made for you to sign and finish the process.
- The lawyer may require documents.
- We will require our compliance documents to be signed.
